 Heidi serves as a Multi-family Director specializing in the sale of apartment buildings in the Mid City area and Westside locations in Los Angeles. With over 7 years of investment real estate experience, Prosser has secured over 50 transactions in excess of $150 million. Heidi started her career with Marcus & Millichap and was trained by some of the best in the industry. Heidi quickly graduated from the Sales Intern Program, and was seen as one of the leaders and most successful agents in her group. Heidi’s resume includes working with Conroy Commercial, Inc. as well as Sperry Van Ness. Today, Heidi is leading a team of highly trained professionals and growing her business, which is based out of Keller Williams Commercial office in Santa Monica.Heidi grew up in Tacoma, WA, and competed internationally in both gymnastics and diving. She was a two time National Gymnastics Champion, and went on to earn a college scholarship at UCLA, where she was the captain of the Women’s Swimming and Diving team and team member for two Pac-10 Championship Titles.Still a devoted athlete, Heidi now competes in triathlons all over Southern California. She placed 15th at the National Sprint Competition in July 2009. She enjoys snow skiing, wakeboarding, and being at the beach. She is currently getting her masters in Spiritual Psychology and is an avid international traveler. |

Zac is a Junior agent and specializes in the sale of apartment buildings. He is responsible for new business development, client relations, and procuring buyers and sellers for The Heidi Prosser Group. Zac’s background includes 3 years with SCI, serving as the Junior Regional Director raising over $10 million in equity. Zac prides himself on his work ethic, dedication, and his ability to make calls day in and day out. Alicia serves as the Marketing and Escrow Coordinator for The Heidi Prosser Group, as well as the Executive Assistant to Heidi Prosser. Alicia is responsible for managing the escrow process from start to finish including coordinating inspections, books and records, lender relations, and acts as the liaison with all involved parties. She also oversees The Heidi Prosser Group’s exclusive marketing campaign including but not limited to brochures, postcards, emails, advertisements, online marketing, and website development. |
| Jarrod is an associate at the Heidi Prosser Group, specializing in Westside Multi-Family investments. He works daily on procuring new buyers and sellers in the marketplace through constant communication with active members in the real estate community, and market research. Jarrod offers additional client services through the Heidi Prosser Group leasing program, through which he aids landlords in locating approved tenants. A graduate of University of Colorado, at Boulder, Byer has been active in different areas of commercial real estate since 2004, during and post his collegiate years. |
| David is a junior agent and the newest member of The Heidi Prosser Group, specializing in investment opportunities within the Miracle Mile and Mid-City markets. David graduated in 2009 from Claremont McKenna College with a degree in Economics, and soon thereafter started working in property management in the Puget Sound area. With experience working directly with clients, as well performing research and analysis, he is well versed in the needs of multifamily investors. |
