Well, maybe that’s a little over-zealous But in the last week we have put 3 new deals in escrow and we are keeping busy, selling buildings, and having fun doing it! We’ve had an interesting experience in the last couple of weeks in which a few of our listings that had been sitting on the market received several offers all within a couple days of one another. It seems that the combination of continued low interest rates, lowering vacancy rates, and finally the overall consensus that we have hit the bottom of the market seems to be stirring up buyers momentum. Owners, please don’t read into this TOO much, prices are still staying right about where they were 3-6months ago, but there are more buyers coming to the market. What does this mean for you?
